During a recent holiday, shortly after having left my Corporate life, I woke up in the middle of the night with the urgent need to write down how the ideas that had been running in my head since my departure, could materialize.
In that small room in an old Portuguese mill the pieces of the puzzle all came together. It was only a matter of time before…
was born!
Those 3 Little Girls are my 3 daughters, Lucilla, Vittoria and Amalia!
For them, and all of their peers, I’ve decided to act and contribute with my expertise to the definition of a more efficient, regenerative and sustainable future.

I’m a strategic thinker who loves activating positive change in the world.
With a strong track record spanning over 20 years, I’m a former Managing Director at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where I advised top-tier FMCG multinationals with a particular focus on the Food and Beverage industries. My passion lies in transforming procurement practices into efficient and sustainable organizations.
Adaptability and great communication are two of my strongest assets. I thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at getting the best out of my teams. I’m a result-oriented and self-steering leader, adept at managing ambiguity with demanding senior stakeholders. Whether it’s leading from the front or collaborating with others, I’m always up for the challenge.
I have supported numerous start-up in the past through coaching and funding and have now formalized my commitment to support ventures in the sustainable space by joining the BeAngels investors network, providing expertise and funds to promising projects.
My academic background includes a Master’s Degree from Louvain School of Management and I continue to advance my skills with executive courses in sustainability strategies at MIT and data-driven analytics at the Kellogg School of Management.
Fluent in multiple languages, my diverse skill set encompass procurement transformations, zero-based cost reduction, product portfolio harmonization, stakeholder management, and business partnering.
My interests extend beyond the professional realm to include contemporary art, the “Doughnut Economy,” and outdoor activities.
